| preparation | silkworm sand or green tea leaves are dried at 40-50 ℃, ground into powder, added with 3 times the powder amount of ethanol and acetone mixture (1:1) and extracted at 40-50 ℃ for 1.5h, filtered by suction, and the filter residue is extracted again with equal volume of ethanol and acetone mixture. Add sodium hydroxide to adjust the pH to 11, and heat (50 ℃) saponification for 30min. The lower layer is adjusted to pH 7 with hydrochloric acid, adjusted to pH 2 after adding copper sulfate, and replaced with copper at 50 ℃ for 1h. The precipitate is collected at room temperature, washed with 50-60 ℃ water, washed with 30%-40% ethanol until the ethanol layer is light green, and then washed with petroleum ether until the oil layer is light green. The filter cake is dissolved with acetone, precipitated with 5% sodium hydroxide ethanol solution, pH 12, collected and washed with absolute ethanol to obtain sodium copper chloroplast. |
